MEMPHIS, TN – December 13, 2024- Glankler Brown, PLLC is pleased to announce that Danielle Rassoul has been named to the Board of Directors of the Memphis Bar Association.
Danielle Rassoul concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law, civil rights and commercial law. Her practice involves advising employers within both small and large companies in the private, public and governmental sectors on issues related to ADA, Title VII, FMLA, the Tennessee Human Rights Act, the Tennessee Disabilities Act, and Section 1983 claims. In a short span of time, she has had significant trial experience at both the federal and state level. In addition, she has federal and state appellate experience, arguing before the Sixth Circuit for the first time in 2023. Ms. Rassoul also has experience resolving disputes to her clients’ benefit through alternative dispute resolution methods, as well as updating employers on changes to current laws and assisting them with managing and implementing various employment decisions.
“I am honored to serve on the Memphis Bar Association (“MBA”) Board of Directors. I have been an active member of the MBA since I began practicing law.
