MEMPHIS, TN – May 14, 2025- Glankler Brown, PLLC is pleased to announce that Danielle Rassoul and Dakota Beasley have been named to the Memphis Bar Association Leadership Forum.   

The Memphis Bar Association Leadership Forum provides attorneys in their early years of practice with leadership-building activities and equips them with the skills necessary to make a positive impact in Memphis and the legal community. 

Ms. Rassoul concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law, civil rights and commercial law. Her practice involves advising employers within both small and large companies in the private, public and governmental sectors on issues related to ADA, Title VII, FMLA, the Tennessee Human Rights Act, the Tennessee Disabilities Act, and Section 1983 claims. In a short span of time, she has had significant trial experience at both the federal and state level. In addition, she has federal and state appellate experience, arguing before the Sixth Circuit for the first time in 2023. Ms. Rassoul also has experience resolving disputes to her clients’ benefit through alternative dispute resolution methods, as well as updating employers on changes to current laws and assisting them with managing and implementing various employment decisions. She serves on the Boards of Directors for the Memphis Bar Association and for Volunteer Odyssey.

Ms. Beasley concentrates her practice in the area of real estate and secured lending and business transactions. She received her J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2020, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association. She simultaneously received her Master of Business Administration from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis. While in law school, she was a judicial extern for Judge Sheryl Lipman in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and was an intern at FedEx Corporate on both the corporate integrity & compliance team, and the legal sales transactions & alliances team. She also was a graduate assistant at the FedEx Institute of Technology at the University of Memphis. Ms. Beasley serves as the Co-Chair of the Pillars of Excellence Planning Committee, CLE Co-Chair for the Board of Directors of the Association for Women Attorneys, and as an Advisor for the Rhodes College Chapter of Chi Omega. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
