PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Richard J. Myers concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, property law, and public law and governmental relations.

Richard served as City Attorney for Oakland Tennessee [2001-2010, 2013-2017] and for Gallaway, Tennessee [2009-2013]. He served as Special Counsel for the City of Covington, Tennessee [2001-2018] and for the City of Memphis, Tennessee.

Richard is involved in substantial non-profit work for local public schools. He planned, led and implemented a $650,000 courtyard at White Station High School. He then planned, led and implemented a $9,500,000 STEM Building at Whitehaven High School.
