R. Hunter Humphreys concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and secured lending. He represents numerous investors, developers, lenders and participants in real estate, secured lending and other business transactions. Mr. Humphreys is chairman of Glankler Brown’s real estate section and he is an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis School of Law where he teaches a course on real estate transactions.
B. Douglas Earthman concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, secured lending transactions, and transactional work, including municipal bond and other tax-exempt financing transactions. He serves as bond counsel in a variety of tax-exempt bond matters, including general municipal finance, industrial development, health care and housing matters, and in other capacities, such as trustee’s counsel, developer’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, credit provider’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel and counsel to companies using or benefiting from tax-exempt financings. He serves as an agent or approved attorney for most major title companies active in the Memphis area.
Arnold E. Perl has more than forty (40) years of experience in assisting organizations in labor and employment law, with extensive experience counseling organizations on remaining union free. He offers a dynamic leadership development program for all levels of management. He has successfully argued many cases before various United States Courts of Appeals, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Perl serves as Chairman of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority and has held this position for the last fourteen (14) years. He also serves as Secretary and General Counsel of the Greater Memphis Regional Chamber and Chairs its Aerotropolis initiative.
Saul C. Belz concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, commercial disputes of all types, complex litigation, appeals and employment law.
Mr. Belz has over 30 years of experience in the law, primarily assisting corporate clients with resolution of disputes, both in court and through alternative dispute mechanisms. He has participated both as counsel for the plaintiff and counsel for the defendant in class actions involving such diverse matters as securities fraud and Title VII claims. He has represented numerous broker/dealers and customers in arbitration and litigation. Mr. Belz is also a Certified Tennessee Rule 31 mediator.
Lee J. Chase, III, concentrates his practice in the areas of tort, health, and construction law with an emphasis on litigation, concerning personal injuries, medical malpractice, commercial disputes, and construction contracting, including construction contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
