The article, found in the Winter issue of the publication, addresses two questions regarding business websites and the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA): (1) Are websites covered under the ADA? And if so, (2) how does one make a website ADA compliant?
Mr. Meyers, together with 2016 Glankler Brown summer associate Benjamin I. Wachtel, provides information to assist those employers seeking answers to these questions and more.
Mr. Meyers concentrates his practice in employment law and has defended companies and individuals before courts across the United States.
