March 4, 2020- Memphis, TN- Glankler Brown, PLLC is pleased to announce that Mark T. Jobe, Jr. has been promoted to Member of the firm.
Mr. Jobe is licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas. His practice focuses on matters involving real estate, secured lending, and business transactions. He represents owners, managers, and operators in commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, zoning compliance, development plans, and other matters related to real property. He also represents a number of franchisees under various concepts with respect to their franchise agreements and negotiating and closing the sale or purchases of such franchises. Further, he represents lenders with respect to loan transactions secured by real property, personal property, and other collateral.
Mr. Jobe is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law where he successfully completed the Concentration in Business Transactions and served as the Senior Commentaries Editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law.
Before going to law school, Mr. Jobe graduated summa cum laude from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration, while majoring in Economics. While at the University, Mr. Jobe pitched for the Tiger baseball team and served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee for the University of Memphis Athletic Department.
Mr. Jobe grew up in Midtown and is a proud graduate of White Station High School.
