Arnold Perl lived by the belief that “no employee cares how much you know until they know how much you care.”
And no one practiced this more than he did. As a noted author, attorney and Diversity Memphis Humanitarian of the Year award winner, he spent more than fifty years counseling organizations all over the country on labor and employment law and positive employee relations. Along the way, he led the New Arena Public Building Authority in the on-time and under-budget construction of FedEx Forum, affectionately known as The Grindhouse, and in 2015 was honored by the University of Memphis Law School Alumni as a Pillar of Excellence for his many career accomplishments.
Here at Glankler Brown, he often shared his season Grizzlies tickets and his firm parking space, but more importantly, he shared his time and his knowledge with staff and fellow attorneys, introducing all to clients and making everyone that he met feel like the most important person in the room.
