He has represented a number of businesses and other entities in environmental cost recovery actions and environmental enforcement actions. Mr. Womack has also represented a number of persons, businesses and other entities involved in the redevelopment of properties impacted by the presence or potential presence of hazardous substances or other pollutants. In addition, he has counseled persons, businesses and other entities in the environmental due diligence process in support of real estate transactions.
