MEMPHIS, TN – February 2, 2024- Glankler Brown, PLLC is pleased to announce that Michael T. Evangelisti has joined the firm as a Member.
Mr. Evangelisti concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, commercial transactions, contracts, intellectual property, estate planning and probate. He is a member of the Memphis and American Bar Associations. He previously served on both the Board of the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Memphis Bar Association and the Alumni Association of the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. He has founded and previously served as race director for several 5k races benefitting local charities in the Mid-South area, including Methodist Le Bonheur, Madonna Learning Center and St. Louis School.
Mr. Evangelisti has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2013 and is AV rated (the highest possible peer- review rating) by Martindale Hubbell. He is a Fellow of the Memphis Bar Foundation and was included in the Top 40 Under 40 by the Memphis Business Journal.
