Mr. Womack has practiced environmental law for nearly twenty years. He has represented a number of businesses and other entities in environmental cost recovery actions and environmental enforcement actions. Mr. Womack has also represented a number of persons, businesses and other entities involved in the redevelopment of properties impacted by the presence or potential presence of hazardous substances or other pollutants.
